Welcome to Girls and Bicycles! I am Miss Sarah, an active transportation enthusiast, piano teacher, and writerly type. I like taking pictures to document active and beautiful living with my friends and family here in Edmonton
I am addicted to the city market. Admittedly, riding with a pannier full of groceries and Dougal in the basket gets heavy... but he and the vegetables are worth it.
Miss Sarah, The more I see of your pannier the more I love it - simple, classic, practical and yet always looks good. Do you mind sharing what kind it is?
It's Jorg & Olif, they ship! You can find the link on my sidebar. It also comes with a strap if you want to take it off and take it with you, and has a handle if you want to carry it that way. Also, it's waterproof.
Congrats, Miss Sarah, gorgeous image, almost doesn't look north American, unfortunately, and we relate it to an European urban scene. This may change in Edmonton as well. Why so much better in Montreal and Vancouver? Edmontonians can do it also. I heard that Americans drove 15 millions km less with their cars in the last month, and this was the biggest reduction of the last 66 years. Im having fun riding my bike to work. Instead of 10 minutes with the car (each way)I take 30 min to go and 20 to com back. Bad? not at all, it even gives you more quality of life... Regards, ManfredKZ

Cute! Is that an urban Sobeys behind you?? Is it more than 1 level? (Sorry, I'm an urban planner, I can't help it.)
Burrito!
That absolutely IS an urban Sobeys:) Just 1 level, small and market-like.
Looks like you're both doing very well!
