After class I went to lunch with a friend and had calamari.
Then I biked home and took Dougal for a walk at our park.

Are you using a cable lock to secure your bike?...yikes! I had a bike stolen with a lock like that while I ate lunch on a patio 10' away...=-(

I know! Everybody is appalled when they see my lock. Since moving I can't find anything, but we DID locate my Ulock just yesterday so I'll be beefing up the security presently. I'm sad your bike got stolen:( A girl at school told me she had the coil lock and her bike got stolen too. She says she misses it:(

BTW - I got that bike back. I tried to chase after the thief in bike shoes and another cyclist rode up next to me and asked what was going on. When I pointed out the thief to him down the road on my bike he sped up pulled next to the thief and cotheslined him.
I've never trusted a cable lock again except for the briefest of stops in good parts of town.
