We like to get groceries together. She waits outside while I find delicious things for dinner. She treats me nice whether I'm in shorts and flip flops, jeans and heeled boots, or a dress (yes, even pencil skirts). Pashley is dependable. And she's pretty too.

I really enjoy your blog. I enjoy your commentary on fashion, life in your new/old house, Dougal and thoughts on cars vs. public transit. I wondered if it was your or Doug that had the notion first to try bike commuting. I lead my somewhat reluctant husband but we both can't wait for the snow and ice to melt as it is the best part of our day.
The relationship between a girl and her bike is quite special :) Very pretty Pashley!
I am coveting a pashley. So far it's on my wish list for my 40th b-day but lately I keep wanting to bump it up to this summer for 38. We'll see. BTW I am about to test ride this: http://www.sortejernhest.dk/jern/ later this week. It has a hole in the bottom to attach a carseat in it... It's $$$ but damn talk about carfree- you'd never need to use your car. I want for you to have one.
xx
She Rides a Bike,
The bicycling isn't really driven by either one of us. Don has always ridden his bike all over the place, so I suppose he started it, but the commuting and getting fly bikes and wearing suits and heels and biking for all occasions? That's all me! It's complimentary that way. I take more risks, because I'm stubborn. But Don is very experienced and a more careful rider.
