What a wonderful getaway we had this past weekend! Last night there was a cocktail party, yet another wonderful meal, and a dance. Most of our crew just hung out in the lounge sampling martinis, but every time we put Dexter on the ground to crawl around he inched himself back into the ballroom with the strobe lights and thumping music.
I can now proudly say Dexter and I have danced to Lady Gaga in a public party setting. How many babies can say the same?
Before we left this morning we took a stroll around the beautiful lake. I'm telling you, that Bugaboo stroller is excellent.
This weekend was such a great opportunity to recharge in the beautiful outdoors. I had so much fun, and am left feeling quite fantastic.

It looks so peaceful there. I love the colourful adirondack chairs at the JPL. The gentleman and I are supposed to go for a day out in the country one of these weekends. I wonder if we should just go to Jasper...
I'm telling you. You could walk around the lake every day and not get bored. And there's a golf course! I don't golf, but I heard it's really fun to golf there.
And free wireless in the lounge. Perfect mix of nature and civilization.
