This week's market looked like this.
I hailed the LRT train as though it were a NYC cab.

There was a super cute and scruffy dog.

Upon leaving for the train Crystal texted to say she was going to try biking to the market for the first time ever. There is this one patch of 97 street which is particularly car ridden and non bike-friendly but she was going to give it a go, anyway. I wished her luck and shortly upon arriving myself, I saw her wheeling her bike through the crowd.
Congrats!

Locking up.

Kris with lemonade.

Another cute doggie.

I bought beets.
They're really good roasted and in salad.

Fella stopped for mustard greens.

Sable was colourful as usual.

We also ran into Marilyn. She knits these wicked hemp shopping bags.

I saw Crystal pick up some peaches. She makes amazing peach pie. I got some too.

Lisa with her onions.

Me with mine.

And Dexter had a very relaxing snooze while we sat down for refreshments.

Zzzzz.

How is your Saturday so far?

Oh Goodness! What time were you there?? We were down there around 11:30-ish and I was looking to see if you were around so I could introduce myself:) I saw this woman at Blue Plate wearing that Anthropologie Bicycle Dress and I though to myself " I wonder if she knows Miss Sarah"
Maybe we'll randomly meet soon:)

Fiona - I'm usually there around 10:30 ish, but the crowd gets pretty dense. Hope to meet you soon!
how cute is Dexter! Looks like a very relaxing snooze :D
Dexter is getting so big! He is such a handsome little guy!
LC and Linds - I keep on commenting about how he's not my little baby anymore! I should get somebody to photograph me holding him. It's pretty comical because I'm so short and he's such a lengthy dude.
Ha - awesome photo of Dexter! He looks like such a big boy there. Glad to see that your bataries didn't die this weekend. My Saturday was nice and relaxing, although I didn't make it to the farmer's market today.
