Po Campo and I went to the Edmonton Fringe Festival's launch party this evening.
See?
Leanne rode with Don and me. It's always good to check what the cars behind you are doing.
The theme for this year's Fringe Festival is Burlesque. Consequently there was a lot of carnival sort of stuff at the party.
I am in love with this picture. Dexter is super adorable as a pseudo bunny getting pulled out of a hat.
The showgirls.
And after the entertainment there was people watching.
Good sandals.
The infamous Liz Lepper. She and I used to work together when I used to do arts and entertainment writing for a local independent paper. Liz is a publicity pro.
Dexter is dubious about corn dogs.
This brand new mama is looking GOOD. And happy:)
Dan (Nielsen) and Dan (Lazin). It's like the Kris' from last weekend. We also know a lot of Dans.
Looking forward to a great fringe festival! It's an excellent time and really brings Old Strathcona to life. I am definitely planning on taking Dexter to something kid-friendly this year, there are lots of things for kids young and old. If you're in Edmonton, you need to take in a show.

I think that is a fabulous blouse skirt combo. Great outfit!

Always a blast to read your site!
I know you love animals - or I wouldn't trouble you with this but ...perhaps you'd like to take a look.

maybe ... maybe you'll open a Chapter! LOL
I always love to see the streets you ride on and the neighborhoods you ride through.
Anon - Oftentimes they're the same neighbourhoods:)
Hullo, Sarah! Would you mind if I sneaked some of your pictures from the Fringe launch for the Hook 'Em Revue? We don't have any pictures from that performance! ^^
Lovely blog, btw! I'm a bike aficionado, myself :DD
Much love,
Miss Dolce
