When in Hong Kong, I get these intense cravings to eat. All the time. So much food. More than I would ever eat on a normal day.And why?
Because it's so delicious! All sorts of different cuisine ranging from casual and fast (the kind where you pop into a very "local" place and sometimes sit with strangers if it's busy), to more polished restaurants.
I am obsessed with this bao place and both Don and I have been thinking about it since we left HK two years ago. It's that good. Seriously.
Even without a plan for what to do on a given day, there are always tons of options. It's really hard to avoid shopping, especially with all the holiday sales!
And it's nice to see a huge Andy Warhol exhibit too.
On the way home, we decided to take the bus for a change. Tsim Sha Tsui station is huge and impressive, but also quite a zoo. Also, I like riding up on the 2nd level of the double decker. Gives a great view of the busy streets below!

Your family in HK is so cute! They remind me a lot of my own uncles and aunties back home (specially the family outings to the restaurant). Hope we might keep enjoying lots of family meals, miss S.!
